Testosterone Isocaproate BP/EP

Testosterone isocaproate is an androgen and anabolic steroid medication used primarily as a component in mixed testosterone ester preparations for the treatment of male hypogonadism.

Uses: It is used in testosterone replacement therapy to treat conditions in men where the body does not produce enough natural testosterone (male hypogonadism), which can cause symptoms like impotence, low sex drive, tiredness, and bone loss. It may also be used as supportive therapy for female-to-male transsexuals.
Common Side Effects: Potential side effects include acne, pain at the injection site, weight gain, dizziness, diarrhea, and prostate enlargement.
